Officially, my phone is dead! I have had this thing about 4 months and it just doesn't work. I can't call out or receive calls hardly ever. When I do, it drops the call about every 2 minutes or so. In my frustration, I took the phone to the T-Mobile store to get help to find out that they have discontinued that phone (did I mention it was only 4 months old) and I had to downgrade to a different model. I asked if this was common for Motorola phones and was semi-surprised to find out that they are the worst line that they sell. The salesman said that Motorola would rather you miss the call completely then receive a bad signal. This explains a lot about the last couple weeks with my phone. Anyway, I have a new phone on it's way (another Motorola) and I really hope this one has a little bit more staying power. I'll keep you posted.
